I AM Poems

As part of our Fitting In Unit, students in EN10F wrote I AM poems to express some of their qualities, interests and hopes. 

EN10F Romeo and Juliet Comics

As part of our unit on Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet  students made comics depicting important scenes from the play. Students were given the opportunity to choose the physical characteristics of the characters as well as the setting. Students were also required to provide a summary of the events of the scene; both demonstrating their comprehension. Great job!

EN10F Novel Study

The students in EN10F are currently reading The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton in class. The novel study will run until December 20th and is being taught by our teacher candidate from the University of Manitoba.
